Midland Academy Registration

STEP ONE (PAYMENT)

Choose the below link to make your payment for whichever method you prefer (note: there is a 3% fee when using a credit card – no fee is charged if you use your bank account (ACH)).  You will need to make your payment first in order to have the receipt to upload during the registration step.  SAVE YOUR RECEIPT AS A .PDF or a .JPEG FILE AS YOU WILL NEED IT DURING STEP TWO BELOW.

Academy Practice Only
Pay by ACH – $200

(enter PLAYER’S first name)

(enter PLAYER’S last name)

(enter TEAM NAME – this will be your child’s birth year followed by their gender)

(enter PARENT information)

Click PAY NOW

You will be directed to a screen where you can log in if you have an existing PaySimple account, create a new PaySimple account or simply continue as a guest.

(enter PAYOR’S first name)

(enter PAYOR’s last name)

(enter PAYOR’s email address)

Click NEXT

(enter either your CREDIT CARD information or your BANK ACCOUNT (ACH) information)

Click COMPLETE CHECKOUT

Once you complete the payment and are at the confirmation page click the “Go To TeamSnap Registration” button

STEP 2: Team Snap Registration

Step by step instructions for Team Snap:

  1. Once PaySimple redirects you to TeamSnap, click Create New Participant (for new players) or select your player’s name and click the Register Participant button (PARTICIPANT = PLAYER NAME, NOT PARENT NAME
  2. Add your player’s info (player email and cell phone are optional but if you would like them to receive texts regarding team scheduling and changes please enter it here)
  3. Select the team (as listed above on this email) – DO NOT USE THE ADD ANOTHER PARTICIPATN BUTTON – if you have two players to register you will need to follow this entire process to pay for and register each child separately
  4. Enter the primary parent’s contact information.  You may enter a secondary parent (or other adult) if you choose (by adding the second parent they can also receive email and or text updates)
  5. Click Save and Continue
  6. You will need to attach your receipt, birth certificate, and US Club registration form in the documents section. Click choose file, attach your .pdf or .jpeg file of your receipt and click “done”
  7. Click the box for Release of Liability
  8. Click Save and Continue
  9. Read the information regarding Academy Fees and select the radial beside the method of payment you used in paysimple.
  10. Click Save and Continue
  11. You will see the Checkout page (again…no money is due through TeamSnap as it is just the registration step – click Checkout
  12. Once your registration is complete you will be moved to a team within 72 hours
